In accordance with Part V of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act 1956, Bermudians, spouses of Bermudians, special category persons, persons with spouse’s employment rights, permanent resident certificate holders, and other persons who have been given the Minister’s express permission to work, can engage in gainful occupation in Bermuda.

How to Use the Calendar

Click on the calendar icon, and click on any date to select the date.

A single click on the title bar will allow you to scroll the year and month. A double click provides year ranges e.g. 2000-2009. Alternatively, the date can be keyed in by entering the format mm-dd-yyyy (e.g. 09-21-2000).
