As part of the Bacardi corporate sustainability commitment to invest in our communities, Bacardi Bermuda is proud to launch Cohort 4 of the Shake Your Future program—a free, professional bartender training initiative designed to help unemployed and underemployed Bermudians build rewarding careers in hospitality. This life-changing program combines international training at the renowned European Bartender School with career development workshops and hands-on work placements at leading hospitality venues in Bermuda. Participants graduate with an internationally recognized diploma and a Shake Your Future certificate from Bacardi, gaining the skills, confidence, and connections to succeed in a fast-growing global industry.

Selected candidates will commit fully to the program, which includes: • 4 weeks of training at the European Bartender School in London (March 2 – March 27, 2026) • 2 weeks of hospitality, career-building, and personal branding workshops in Bermuda (April 1 – April 10, 2026) • 6-month local work placement with Bacardi’s hospitality partners (April 14 – October 2026) • Learning across modules such as: mixology, cocktail history, free pour, flair, garnish and creativity, industry techniques, marketing, personal branding, and social media

• Must be Bermudian, spouse of a Bermudian, or hold PRC status • Must be 21 years or older and fluent in English • Must hold a valid passport and be able to travel to London • Must be unemployed or underemployed • Must complete or be enrolled in the Bermuda College Bartending Certificate Program (Fall 2025: September 29 – November 26, 2025) • Must commit to the full program including training, workshops, and 6-month placement

• Strong interest in hospitality and bartending • Willingness to learn and commit to an intensive training program • Teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism • Ability to represent Bacardi’s values and Code of Conduct
