The successful applicant must have a minimum of 4 years full time experience as a waiter/waitress in a very busy fast paced full serve restaurant. Knowledge of Micros Point of Sale hospitality service system would be an asset. Successful applicants will to assist with answering the business telephone and placing take out orders as well assisting customers in take out when required. The successful applicants will also assist the bartender when required. The Shift Supervisor will be required to assist the Manager on Duty with day to day responsibilities for customers requirements. As a front of the house position, Shift Supervisors are team members who come directly in contact with our customers to provide friendly, professional and courteous service in line with the company's policy. The successful applicant must provide a minimum 2 written job references with their current resume. Applicants will only be considered with relevant written references to support their previous experience working in a similar position.
